From the carpark we walk across the Dee bridge and up through the town to join the North Berwyn Way which we follow for 2.5k and then follow minor roads and forest paths down to the River Dee. We cross the bridge at Berwyn and take the path to the Horseshoe Falls and then return to Llangollen along the canal tow path.
